Why do people’s ideas about health often tend to focus on physical health?
I think people’s ideas about health often tend to focus on physical health because they might believe that the way they look and if they look good and healthy it will make them feel better about themselves.
Why is it impotent to understand that good health is a combination of physical, emotional/mental, social and spiritual health?
Its important to understand that good health is a combination of physical, emotional/mental, social and spiritual health because if one aspect of your health isn’t too good, it can effect all your other aspects of health as well so its good to understand this so you can focus on keeping all aspects of your health good instead of just focusing on one.
What problems could arise if people think that being healthy is just about having good physical health?
The biggest problems that could arise are them focusing way too much on how they look and maybe lose friends and that good effect their social health, they might not reach the goals they are setting for themselves to look and that could effect their emotional health and many more.
