Some people consider it okay because of the situation. Nowadays, A lot of people think that stealing is a way to get out of poverty. When a person take something that belongs to somebody else without permission That is stealing. The stolen object can be as small as a piece of candy or as big as a car they can be taken from someone a person knows or from a stranger. Some crimes are punished differently for juvenile versus an adult. But, stealing is so bad that it is punished the same for an adult and a juvenile.
