Raw Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake

Raw Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake (The King of All): Hazelnuts are filled with unsaturated fats, calcium, magnesium, Vitamin E, and Vitamin B. The nut is essential for maintaining the health of your skin, bone, heart, digestive health etc. It also helps in reducing the risk of cancer.
Ingredients:
Preparation of Crush: 1 cup hazelnut meal, ¼ cup raw cocoa powder, 3 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla, and a pinch of sea salt
Preparation of Filling: 2 cups raw cashews, ¼ cup, plus 2 tablespoons hazelnut butter, ½ cup melted coconut oil, ½ cup maple syrup, ½ cup cocoa powder, ½ cup water, and ½ tsp salt
Preparation of Chocolate Sauce: 1/3 cup melted coconut oil, 1 tsp vanilla, ¼ cup maple syrup, and ¼ cup cocoa powder
Cooking Method: Blend all the crust ingredients together in a food processor. Now press the crust in the pan and let it sit. Now, a blend water, salt, cashews, and maple syrup together in the food processor. Now blend hazelnut butter, coconut oil and cocoa powder to the cashew mixture. Pour the prepared filling on the top of the crust. Put the cheesecake in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Now, mix all the sauce ingredients and spread the prepared sauce over the cheesecake. Cool the cheesecake in the freezer for few more minutes.
