Ingredients: Preparation of Crush: 1 cup hazelnut meal, ¼ cup raw cocoa powder, 3 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla, and a pinch of sea saltPreparation of Filling: 2 cups raw cashews, ¼ cup, plus 2 tablespoons hazelnut butter, ½ cup melted coconut oil, ½ cup maple syrup, ½ cup cocoa powder, ½ cup water, and ½ tsp saltPreparation of Chocolate Sauce: 1/3 cup melted coconut oil, 1 tsp vanilla, ¼ cup maple syrup, and ¼ cup cocoa powderCooking Method: Blend all the crust ingredients together in a food processor. Now press the crust in the pan and let it sit. Now, a blend water, salt, cashews, and maple syrup together in the food processor. Now blend hazelnut butter, coconut oil and cocoa powder to the cashew mixture.
Pour the prepared filling on the top of the crust. Put the cheesecake in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Now, mix all the sauce ingredients and spread the prepared sauce over the cheesecake. Cool the cheesecake in the freezer for few more minutes.
