Person Centred Practice is an approach that puts the client at the centre of their care and their care is structured around their individual needs. It involves them in making decisions about things that affect them (Health Foundation 2012). It helps the client to know what preparation is being made to help them and be able to make decision about what they need and every day things that will affect them. The people assigned to work with each client will be able to detect what is important and what is priority to the person they are assigned to work it and this give them an insight to know how to effectively care for the client and to be more detailed to the request and desires of the user.
In this approach the patient have the power to make their decisions and are fully participate in any treatment they require, they also have the benefit of making approval of all the processes involved in their daily lives , given them this opportunity makes them feel supported , important and gives them self dignity.
