Obesity – if a child eats too much junk food and lacks exercise then the child will become obese which then causes other problems such as high cholesterol and high blood pressure, early puberty, type 2 diabetes and heart problems later on. To prevent this the child needs a healthier diet containing more fruit, vegetables and good nutritions. Child should avoid and consume less junk food and also regular exercise.
