My topic is should any athlete caught using performance enhancing drugs be expelled from competing in that sport permanently? My position is that athletes should be expelled from competing if caught using performance enhancing drugs. Athlete caught using performance enhancing drugs have to be expelled because it would be a serious competitive disadvantage to other competitors who compete without the use of enhancing drugs.
