When a carpenter applies for a job, she unknowingly becomes attracted to him, but only sticks to her fantasies and dreams up until the two are stranded after the driver of the jeep leaves them in the rain. She then follows her attraction towards the carpenter and turns to him. The title “The Virgin” talks about the subject of virginity, a value that Filipinos care about deeply and consider important.
