In my experience of working with these teams, the initial thing I realized was that all of these participants wants to use Maximo in a different way. Some of developers, some were administrators and some even end users. Its not an easy workshop for one type of users where persons with similar traits attend, get trained and go back to work. If taken with full concentration, this training has the capabilities to transform the skills of an individual.

Most of these will be applying the knowledge gained to their day to day working. For me it was a pleasant experience which is expected to add enhancement to my public speaking and presentation skills.
