In general, the teamwork increases productivity and motivation in the workforce. To illustrate, teamwork allows distributing tasks which help to save time because each person focused on their responsibility and member feel that they are part of the team. Also, to increase performance more the team needs to share their creative ideas and the common purpose, which gives the member sense of motivation and has more pleasant.
