Several years ago, while I have been living in Dubai and worked for Zara as a sales associate my manager, Carlo, has influenced a lot and motivated me to do my best at my workplace. I had to take an emergency pay leave because of my family issue. And per the regulations of UAE I could take only 7 days. However, my manager understood my situation and gave me two weeks annual leave which was more than enough and I was able to fly back to my country and solve all the problems my family was going through. Later on, I showed my full potential and increased the sales for the quarter and our store was awarded with the Certificate of Gratitude.

So, this experince of mine shows that good ethics involves demonstrating respect for key moral principles that include honesty, fairness, equality, dignity, and diversity.
