Effective continuous improvement requires incremental sets of improvement. Systems and procedures helps in implementing effective continuous improvement. This is because the systems and procedures creates a systematic approach of making improvements based on the various phases. Continuous improvement require systematic and well organized process of making incremental changes (Kronick, 2015).
The systems provides the basis in which each step of improvements. When there is any change that must be made, each system and procedure is handled independently. Hence, systems and procedures ensures that the incremental continuous improvement follows a predetermined set of steps. In the long run, the continuous improvement are effective and meets the set standards. Reference Kronick, S.
