The National Security Agency’s mass tracking and collection of Americans’ phone call data violates the constitution, has a hilling effect on fourth amendment rights and should be stopped. Based on incident Of terrorist risks and attack, where lots of innocent citizen may loose their precious life. Government persuaded the remark of program to combat what the threat looks, to actually understand the reason behind this government surveillance ,one need to look carefully into the 9-11 terrorist attack in 2001.
The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution dates “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Our constitutional rights come before our security, and that the United States government needs to find a better balance. This is pronounced to use all the effective means to protect the public and also binds any means the government would use to rub the activities of the terrorist where invading people’s privacy has been covered under this law.
