About Us… A Don Bosco Institute Sacred heart college (Autonomous) is an affiliated first grade college of Thiruvalluvar university, Vellore Dt. The college was founded in 1951 and become autonomous in 1987. The college had been accredited by NAAC (3rd cycle) with CGPA of 3.43/4 at ‘A’ grade in 2013. Under the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), Ministry of Human Resources Development govt of India has ranked our college in the year 2017 as one of the top 100 colleges in India.

Sacred Heart College caters to majority of the marginalized and first- generation graduates from rural and tribal areas. The college has national and international collaborations with universities, industries, and community based organization. Faculty and students exchange programs, collaborative researches have been done in the national and international level.Department of Business Administration had its humble beginning in the academic year 2004. The ever increasing demand for the subject has compelled the management to opt for this course.

From the inception the course it has been in the autonomous mode. The department has created a positive impression in the minds of students and faculty above their quality in studies, extra-curricular activities and above all in the sphere discipline and punctuality. Department of Business Administration proudly announce that it has been ranked 31st place across India by India Today for the year 2016-2017.
