(Hateet 2017) studied the antibacterial activities of the three cmpounds, which were isolated from endophytic fungus Trichoderma spp and reported the antibacterial activity of the purified compounds against E.
coli and S. aureus. Study of (Awad, Kassem et al. 2018) has shown that Trichoderma viride possess various antimicrobial, antioxidant, anticancer and antiviral activities. Trichoderma viride are considered as the most promising and effective agents controlling wide range of microorganisms. Trichoderma viride has antifungal effect against Fusarium solani, Rhizoctonia solani and Sclerotium rolfsii. Antimicrobial/ antibacterial activites against Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas fluorescens. Trichoderma viride has maximum antifungal activity against Candida albicans, Rhizoctonia solani, Pythium ultimum, Fusarium solani and Fusarium oxysporium.

(Gajera, Katakpara et al. 2016) reported antioxidant effect of Trichoderma viride against Aspergillus niger Van Tieghem pathogens of collar rot in groundnut. (Vizcaino, Luis et al. 2005) studied 24 Trichoderma isolates (from three section, Trichoderma section Trichoderma, Trichoderma section Pachybasium and Trichoderma section Longibrachiatum) for antibacterial, anti-yeast and antifungal activities against a panel of seven bacteria, seven yeasts and six filamentous fungi. The highest number of strains showing antibacterial and antifungal activities reported were from Trichoderma section Pachybasium, whereas strains from Trichoderma section Longibrachiatum showed the highest anti-yeast activities.Trichoderma pellets has antifungal activity against Chondrostereum purpureum , when it is injected into the trunks of trees have proven to be effective in the treatment of silver leaf disease of fruit trees (Dubos and Ricard 1974).
