1.PREFATORY INFORMATION AND INTRODUCTION 1.1 Executive Summary- The motive of this research is to find the relationship among the level of employee engagement experienced by workers and the length of time they remain at their current job.
The research is done in Canada. As the survey takes place between 12 students as the interview is done on the basis of the level of employee engagement experienced by workers and the length of time they remain at their current job. The result found via survey is the recommendation that we give. As when the survey was taking place the respondents which are students shows their views about workplace and current job relationship. As mainly there is a lot of diversification among the students was there as they from different countries which help to create a good report as everyone has different views regarding their difference in the background. Key Findings- From the final result our team has found that “Giving Poor Work Environment ” is main element that makes them to disengage more in the current job. The whole report been formed in the pattern which is divided into four main parts ; Prefatory information and introduction, Research methodology, Analysis of results and Conclusions and Recommendations. In the case of recommendation, we had put our focus on the three main concerns:- 1Reasons behind disengagement 2Poor work environment 3 Lack of willingness 1.

2 INTRODUCTION; All the organisations have been thinking form a long time regarding how the workers think and how they show their attitude regarding their current job. As it also make a concern that what is the thing they are willing to dedicate ti the business organisation. As many researchers are there which are arguing regarding the workers disengagement as it can result in the job performance.
As it is the main issue that helps as an motivational thing which can lead to better working of the things. As the concept of employee disengagement is very fresh to the environment of the business. As many searchers are relatively founding key elements that why there is such a thing like disengagement happening. The researcher named De Waal(2007) that if the leader of the organization is better at maintaining the interest of the workers and giving them the knowledge regarding the benefits of the current job then there should no such thing as Disengagement. Data from the last census of 2014 shows that 64.2 percentage people aged from 25 to 54 are full time employers. As when the first time it was calculated in 1976 the percentage was 64.0 as this show 0.
2 percent change that has been there among the population which are working full time. Canada has also opening many doors so that there should be more workers working in the country. As the country has been successful in making the people work, but this research show that why there is disengagement of the workers by the length the duration of time the stay at one job. 1.3 PROBLEM STATEMENT- As per the census of 2014it is shown that 64.

But why they are having the disengagement among the current job ? As there are many factors that effects the morale of the workers as environment of the workplace place important factor in the morale of the worker as also same it can increase the engagement of the worker and on the other hand it can decrease the engagement of the worker too. 1.4 Research Objective: Our survey tell us about the reasons of the disengagement of the level of the workers about their work. As per the usage of the questionnaire ,international students as what are the factors that motivates the workers to stay at one job. And also ways to implement on it.
As with help of structured questionnaire the International students as they help in the decision making as in our study Students of Conestoga Colleges are asked to tell their own factors by completing the structured research questionnaire. The results of our study will give us the important reasons why there is disengagement in the level of worker experienced by them and the time they remain at their current job. 1.5 Background Research- Many surveys and studies have been done over the past many years on the factor to make workers to feel comfortable and stay at one job. As we have reviewed some of the recent studies to have knowledge that whether our research is right or not. On November 1 it is reported with more deep study in which there is huge survey conducted in which 30,000 workers are chosen worldwide as under this it was seen that 28% and 57% of employees in 17 spots around the world are there which are desiring to leave their job. In the United State of America there is 33% of people that are thee to find new work, and the remaining are not fully satisfied with their job. Over the past 30 years the data and practice has proven that disengagement is negatively affecting organisational performance and client relationships .
As by the Gallup 70% percent of the employees and 55% are totally disengaged. As in order to improve this problem first of all the organisations should be measuring the reason why this is happening As per the Bellevue University they posted the result on nation-wise survey measuring the attitude of the employee regarding their job. As the important statistic in this survey that 47% of the US workers are revaluating their jobs.
This economic situation has gotten many workers tired of the jobs.
